The Joys of Solitude and the Power of Silence
We live in a busy world which is buzzed by the hustle and bustle. We are always crowded by our friends, strangers, family on weekends. It is impossible to wake up one day and think we would not have any human interaction, it doesn’t happen. For some people having minimum human interaction or not interacting at all gives them peace. They are in their own solitude place. For many people, solitude may seem a bad word, as they think to relate to loneliness. It’s not. But there is a lot of joy when you think about intentional solitude- it helps increasing your creativity and imagination. It allows you to connect with yourself and process your mind, body, and soul. You learn about yourself, your habits, preferences, likes and dislikes. Also, it gives your mind a rest. You least worry about meetings someone and doing that pretentious greeting, which you do.
